|Family| Coming from a family with a history of artistic prowess, and having been supported and encouraged by them, I am happy to return the favor and help promote their causes or artistic endeavors here. A little extra exposure never hurts, right? Nanine Steglich - Traditional Art/Graphic
Design |Friends| I am blessed to have so many friends who produce such incredible artwork, Some is for sale, some is not. Being that this is a website devoted entirely to my artwork and the pursuit of selling it - and also that much of my inspiration comes from friends - I figured it only natural to include them and their amazing talents. Here are just a few of those gifted individuals: Drawing/Painting: Chris Cody Photography: EJ
HOLMES Photography Jewelry & Crafts: Kathy
Waltz Furniture: Heather Q. Hay Pottery & Glass: |Associates| I use this term loosely, seeing as I am also generally friends with the folks that run these organizations and businesses. But I find it hard to say that I am "friends" with a business, though I do declare such things on Facebook. For the most part, these are businesses that sell my products, or have products created by me, or just generally sell awesome stuff... sometimes, all of the above! Salem Cycle - The best place on Earth to buy bikes. Dan Shuman, the owner, is always ready to help and get you the very best products at the very best prices. Dan is also extremely active within his community and is a major contributing member to the Withces Cup Bike Race, and a strong proponent for the cycling community in general. Dollar Signs - All the way over on the West Coast, in a happy little place they call "Lake Tahoe" is a sign and vehicle graphics business called "Dollar Signs". Headed by my good friend, Yan Campbell, they make anything from yard signs to back-lit store signs, to huge installation signs, to wrapping fleets of cars, trucks, vans and anything else you can stick something to. Pamplemousse - Owner Diane Manahan had a dream - name an awesome store that sells all sorts of stuff that you want after a grapefruit. Okay, I made up that part about the dream and the name, but the rest is true - Not only is Pamplemousse your one stop shop for all things hip and mostly kitchen/dining-themed, but Diane also hosts several community events like the Spring Fling and various beer and wine tasting events. This is a store to check out for sure! A
Second Chance PC Depot - My buddy Will started this consignment/thrift/PC-repair
shop in Fitchburg, MA. He was one of the only people I ever knew there
who had any motivation to do anything with their lives - and boy did
he try. Despite a number of set-backs, he still managed to open this
store and has had it for several years at this point. Will is super
friendly and an all-around great guy who deserves a life far better
than the one that was handed to him. He has gone great lengths to
achieve what he has and if not for any other reason, you should go
visit his store for that one! |
